LAILATUL QADR

 The Valuable Darkness / Anxiety - لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ

Human beings often despise darkness - the moments of confusion, anxiety, inner unrest and insecurity that cloud the mind is called Lail in the context of the book Quran. Yet, if one looks closely, these very shadows are the crucibles where deeper understanding is born. Darkness is not the absence of meaning; it is the womb where meaning is found - the silent ground from which insight emerges.

Anxiety arises when the known collapses and the unknown curiosity begins to whisper. It is the violent shaking of consciousness on the verge or edge of transformation. We feel lost not because we are far from truth, but because truth is approaching in a form our present mind cannot yet grasp. In that trembling, the old patterns of thought start to dissolve, preparing space for a new awareness to take root.

Every genuine illumination is preceded by an eclipse. The seed must descend into darkness before it breaks open. Similarly, the human spirit must pass through its private nights - of doubt, fear, and disorientation - to awaken its inner sight one need to sleep over it. Anxiety, then, is not a defect in the soul but a signal that life is asking us to expand our understanding.

Philosophically, darkness has ontological value: it is the necessary polarity of light. Without contrast, light loses its depth. Psychologically, anxiety refines the self; it burns the superficial certainties and compels one to search for authenticity. Spiritually, it is a call from the depths of the unconscious - an invitation to encounter what has long been avoided.

To flee from darkness is to flee from one’s own evolution. To sit patiently within it is to participate in the slow alchemy of the soul - where confusion turns into clarity, and despair into wisdom. Thus, darkness is not the enemy of light but its secret companion; anxiety not a curse, but a subtle teacher urging us toward wholeness.

Revelation of Peace occurs when you value your unique anxiety - لَيْلَةِ الْقَدْرِ -  without lail there won't be fajr and salam - Fajr is a breakthrough moment of Peace -
