The Future of Burkina Faso's Enemies

Four countries stand out as the greatest threat to Burkina Faso and the Sahel Confederation, which includes Mali and Niger. Not to mention the rest of Africa.

These four nations are:

  • France, their former colonial masters;
  • USA;
  • Nigeria, a despotic, corrupt puppet nation of the West; and
  • Ivory Coast, another puppet of the French.

This does not exclude the European Union states, which are just as eager to destroy Burkina Faso and create chaos within its borders so that they can re-enter the country and exploit its natural resources, as they have done before.

Then there is the direct threat effect, where France in particular—and now the US, along with the corrupt leaders of Nigeria and Ivory Coast—are directly involved. France has orchestrated, financed, trained, and even guided insurgent groups to attack and create chaos within Burkina Faso.

Alongside this, it has financed, bribed, and corrupted many army personnel (both active and retired) to stage coups d'état and assassination attempts upon Captain Ibrahim Traoré. This includes sending paid mercenaries and their own intelligence personnel to either direct and coordinate these assassination attempts or to carry them out on their own.

Luckily, all of these murderous and traitorous plots were discovered and defused by Burkina Faso's intelligence services, backed by the loyalty and intelligence provided by army personnel and the local population.

America recently became involved. It started to fabricate and orchestrate a web of deceit and misinformation to set a stage, giving it a flimsy moral advantage that would provide a pretext to invade Burkina Faso, overthrow, and kill Captain Ibrahim Traoré on false, trumped-up charges.

Thankfully, the people of Burkina Faso saw through their diabolical schemes and refused to accept their false claims as the truth. They stood tall and proud behind their visionary and capable leader, ready to take up arms to defend him—even against the might and power of America. They felt insulted and dehumanised by Trump’s audacious call for the arrest of their beloved leader, who was now their hero and the hope of their people and country.

Note: A massive Africa-wide demonstration against Western interference and attempts to kill or overthrow Captain Ibrahim Traoré is set to take place on the 30th of April. It should be interesting to follow up on.

As for Nigeria, its extremely corrupt leader, Bola Tinubu, was an out-and-out puppet of French and Western interests. He was also the head of ECOWAS, an organisation set up to unite African nations and help them grow and develop together.

This was an important position that held great power. Yet, under his mentorship, it proved very ineffective as it became a tool for Western interests, interference, and exploitation of African nations. He personally grew rich on the back of this organisation, as the French government and businesses contributed millions to keep him as their favoured puppet.

Thus, Captain Ibrahim Traoré’s bold nationalistic policies, nation-building, innovations, and people-oriented successes became a threat to his position. More so when Mali, Niger, and Burkina Faso broke away from ECOWAS and created their own EAS organisation, which was positioned to look out for their own people’s and national interests.

This independence of the Sahel Confederation had a rippling effect. More and more countries were leaning towards this ideology and even considering withdrawing from ECOWAS to join the EAS. This frightened Nigeria’s leader and the French, who feared even greater backlash from other exploited African countries and the loss of control over them.

For these and more reasons, he willingly worked with Western powers to get rid of Captain Ibrahim Traoré. His latest strategy was this: After the last failed attempt on Captain Ibrahim Traoré on the 16th of April 2025, he ordered his people and Western powers to adopt a new strategy—to trick Captain Ibrahim Traoré into visiting Nigeria for a so-called "peace and reconciliation" conference.

Captain Ibrahim Traoré saw through his dirty tricks. He knew that the Nigerian president could not be trusted. If he went to Nigeria, he would be walking into a trap from which he would not escape. The end result would be his assassination—either by Nigerian assassins, foreign intelligence killers, or mercenaries.

He has refused to visit Nigeria. Instead, he proposed that the Nigerian leader and others come to Burkina Faso. To date, the offer has not been accepted. Why?

The last of the most dangerous enemies of Burkina Faso and Captain Ibrahim Traoré is the President of Ivory Coast, another Western puppet and traitor to the African spirit of revival.

Ivory Coast has become a centre of intrigue and planning for coups d'état and assassination attempts on Captain Ibrahim Traoré. Many of the previous government’s politicians, dismissed army commanders, and elites who had lost their positions and sources of corrupt riches had flocked to Ivory Coast. This became their safe haven.

They began their treachery in safety, as the Ivory Coast government silently supported them, allowing them and Western intelligence to freely and covertly operate on their soil. The result was that a number of coups d'état and assassination attempts originated from here—the latest being the one on the 16th of April.

Despite the available evidence provided to Ivory Coast by Burkina Faso, neither the government nor its president acted against the plotters located in Ivory Coast. They maintained strict silence and refused to respond to calls from Burkina Faso. This silence is so damning and shameful. Ivory Coast will have to answer for it eventually.

So how does it all end?

We should not be at all surprised if both the presidents of Nigeria and Ivory Coast are—or will be—overthrown by either a popular uprising or a military takeover. The expected timeframe is six months to a year at the most.

As for General Macail Lanley, the American commander of AFRICOM, he was the one who gave false testimony against the state of stability in Burkina Faso and implied falsehoods against Captain Ibrahim Traoré.

Believe this: he will be targeted for assassination. This would not come from Burkina Faso or the Sahel Confederation. Rather, we expect it will be carried out by other Africans—possibly by African Americans or the Senegalese community, as they are extremely angered and feel betrayed by this "Jim Crow" who has sold his honour, respect, and dignity with his dishonest and shameful testimonies.

As for France and its President Macron, France has a chance to bounce back with the latest discovery of a huge hydrogen reserve field. The immediate impact is still capricious and destabilising for France—unless it can find substitute suppliers for its uranium, lithium, gas, and oil imports. Otherwise, the energy sector will collapse, which in turn will affect the industrial sector, manufacturing, healthcare, etc.

France has rapaciously exploited its former colonies for decades. Despite having no gold deposits on French soil, it has managed to accumulate an amazing gold reserve of over 2,400 tonnes. Where did it steal all this gold from?

This gold reserve is its lifeline. If new gold is not introduced, France could collapse faster than one can blink—maybe within 5–8 years. After which, it may become a second-rate or even third-rate country. Frankly, we hope that happens. Let it be karmic retribution for all their crimes, deceit, arrogance, destruction of cultures, peoples, and nations—the real murders they committed and the oppression of so many.

As for Macron himself, we feel he is no longer safe. He has angered many with his vicious and murderous policies.

As for America and Donald Trump, they believe they are safe and untouchable because of their power and might—which is a fallacy based on misconceived beliefs. No amount of security or power can stop a determined killer or a bullet.

They know this from experience. Their own presidents have been assassinated by Americans themselves, despite heavy security. Likewise, they too have successfully carried out assassinations of foreign heads of state.

We just hope it never happens. Because if it does, the "doors of hell" will open, and woe be that day for the whole world. America will use that excuse indiscriminately to launch attacks against any African nation—even without verifying evidence or facts. All it needs is an excuse, however flimsy or cloudy it may be. God help us all then.
